Not much pub action the next few weeks - coz we're playing birthday parties for some of our fave peoples... happy birthday in advance to Hayley, Corey & Claire!!

Manji Show - so much promise.... Mr Horse had his own entrance, we were set up nice & early, got amongst it with the carnies, sampled the local delicacies, pumped up the stunt bike riders, then...... Darkness :(  - a pole fire blacked out the oval & it took western power 2.5 hours to fix it - disappointing to watch the crowd melt away into the darkness after the fireworks... the power came back on at 10pm, so we cracked out 2 fired-up sets to the hardy showgoers that were still there (thanks for sticking around guys!!).... in the end those that were left loved us (& why wouldn't they), & we'll be back at the footy club real soon!!

(oh yeah, the recap in the local paper got a good photo of us... hopefully have a better copy posted up real soon)

Anyone who's going to the Manji Ag Show this Friday, stop by the pavilion & say hi.... hopefully we'll have some live recordings for ya afterwards ;-)

Delayed Reaction have been going hard so far in 2010... new songs, tweaks to the show and of course THE BEST FANS IN THE SOUTHWEST!!!! Plenty coming up in the next few months - new CD on the way, more t-shirts, stickers & other apparel, and a Big Night Out for our fans - more on which closer to the date.

There's new photos up in the gallery (SPECIAL THANKS to HAYLEY & MICHELLE for the camerawork, you ladies are awesome!!) and more coming to the website soon, so watch this space!!

It's 2010, and the Delayed Reaction juggernault is just beginning to roll for the new year... check out the calender for upcoming dates, we're about to hit the beer barns with a vengeance :)

Special thanks to all who donated food & toys at the last Eaton gig (Dec 18th)... the Salvos were over the moon with the donations - and those who received the free CD's as thanks we hope you enjoyed it.

As for us, we're about to hit the studio again to get a few more songs down (& up on the website), we've got a new number or two we've been messing with on our xmas break.... and there's much much more happening this year, some of which we can't reveal yet but it will be worth the wait!!

The Delayed Reaction Xmas Party is on!!! We're the secret santa this year - bring along a toy or a can of food for the Salvos Christmas Appeal & the first 50 donators get a free copy of our CD. We've also got new songs, witty repartee between songs, and the usual party atmosphere. Delayed Reaction's Rockin' Xmas December 18th at the Eaton Tavern!!

We've got a weekend off this weekend after ripping up the last couple....

Eaton Tavern on friday was awesome as usual.... some familiar faces, some new crew who hopefully will be back again!!

Zoe & Justo's wedding went off!! Mad dancing, drunken singalongs, british & aussie lovesongs - the night had it all!! Congrats to the bride & groom!

Got a live recording which will be posted here soon (over the weekend I hope)... it's from our October 30th show in Collie (Crown Hotel for those that weren't there). Rough sound, but gets us on a really good night!!

We're back at the Crown Hotel this friday night... if you haven't checked out the show in the last month you're gonna love all the new additions... 9pm 'til late - see you there!!

'Tis that time of year again - the run up to Christmas.... and we'll be there to rock you all the way. There's a whole lot of dates up on the calender & a whole lot more to come... if you need a band for the best xmas party ever, give us a call (0406 421 585) - we can still squeeze in a show or two!!

Next show up is the Crown Hotel in Collie - Tony & co have just taken over as of yesterday, so we'll be there friday night October 30th for an early halloween bash... so come down & show us how Collie can party!!

Cheers to all the crew who made it down to the Eaton Tavern last friday night.... showed a couple of other bands how it should be done!! The new backdrop was awesome (thanks Vic & Ron at Riverside Signs - get your signs, stickers... just get everything from them)

We're back at the Nard in Busso this friday - always a messy night, so bring your drinking boots with you! We're on at 9pm & going hard into saturday.

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18TH - Delayed Reaction ARE in the front bar of the Esplanade Hotel... the Blue Shaddy band are playing in the back room.... we're $25 cheaper, we're on 'til 1AM, we're better looking (especially our bass player) AND WE ROCK WAY HARDER than blue shaddy.... if you've already got shaddy tickets, stick your head in anyways - we've got a new addition or two to the show!!

Those of you who have been lurking on these pages will have seen ads for our gig at the 'Nard in Busselton for September 18..... what you don't know (yet) is that we're back there Saturday September 26th in the Victoria Room for the SouthWest Stingers Masters Games fundraiser.... entry to the fundraiser will be $5, but the first five people in the door wearing a Delayed Reaction t-shirt get Free Entry. So if you don't already own a shirt (and why wouldn't you??) they'll be on sale on the 18th ($15 each - flashing the band could get you a freebie) - wear it on the 26th (and be early).. that's 2 gigs for the price of none!!
